From alpine pasture to alpine pasture, flowing and partly technical trails (up to S03) stretch across the Nagelfluhkette - great riding fun for experienced bikers!

On mainly narrow paths we cycle from alp to alp on the Nagelfluhkette and enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. There are several places to stop for refreshments, so you should take plenty of time for the tour.

Ich habe die Tour um die zu technischen Trails und nervigen Uphilltrails so gut es ging bereinigt. Wir sind ja nicht alle S3 taugliche Danny Mac Asskills, wollen aber trotzdem der Forstweg Langeweile entrinnen und S1-S2 Action erleben. Wer eine nahezu durchgehend fahrbare Tour sucht wird hier (20190801_Huendlekopf_Baerenfalle_Gschwenderberg_27km_735Hm) fündig. Die Bilder liefern einen Eindruck der zu erwartenden Trails. Kann meine Vorredner nur bestätigen - echt steil, viel Schieben (manchmal auch abwärts) und Gatter, Flow kommt nur vereinzelt auf. Landschaftlich toll. Vom Hündleskopf zur 1. Alpe herunter habe ich jedenfalls keinen "traumhaften Trail" gefunden, war dann eine Schotterpiste.

Tour hat nur einen sehr kleinen Anteil mit flowigen Trails. Ansonsten musste man viel schieben auch bergab. Am Ende war der Weg sogar mit einem Hinweisschild versehen "Für Mountainbiker nicht geeignet". Ansonsten schöne Aussichten und Alpen zum Einkehren.
